*🔁 Exchange and Return Policy*

Exchanges
We only accept size exchanges, and this does not apply to white clothing, accessories, underwear, or wallets.
International customers have 8 days after purchase to request an exchange. Local customers have 5 days after purchase to request an exchange.

Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
 
Gifts
Regarding gifts, if the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, you can exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. 

International Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the return address we provide. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Local Shipping 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be sent to our physical store in Sambil, include the invoice, and the item must be properly tagged.
